TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways.
  • We are not responsible for any additional damages caused to the device during the shipping process.
  • We will not charge a fee for device diagnostics.
  • If additional repairs must be performed on the device, the customer will be notified by email with a new price quote and must agree before the repairs begin. Otherwise, the device must be shipped back.
  • If the repair cost ends up being less than the quoted price, the customer will pay the lower price.
  • If the device is unable to be repaired, the customer will be notified and will have to pay the return shipping cost.
  • Once the device is received, it will be inspected for additional damages and malfunctioning parts.
  • After the repair, the device will be inspected for additional damages and malfunctioning parts. If any additional damage occurred during the repair process, it will be repaired without any additional cost to the customer.
  • The customer has 100 days from when receiving the device to file a warranty claim through email. Once the claim is filed, they will be responsible for the shipping costs. Once the device is received and deemed to fall under the warranty terms and agreements, the customer will be reimbursed for the warranty repair shipping costs, to and from the repair center.

2. WAIT FOR RESPONSE BY EMAIL (Up to 24 hours)

Once a response is sent out and a price estimate has been quoted for the repair, you may proceed to the next step if you so choose to.


3. BACK UP YOUR DATA

There is always a small risk when doing repairs, although it is not necessary, we recommend that you backup your device to protect your data.


4. REMOVE YOUR SIM CARD

Please remove your SIM card to ensure all your information is protected.


5. DISABLE ANY PASSWORDS

Please make sure you disable your password or if you choose not to, you can write it on the note that you include with the package. We need to make sure that we are able to fully test your device, before and after the repair, to ensure everything is working the same, if not better than before.


6. WRITE A NOTE WITH THE FOLLOWING

  • Your Full Name
  • Contact Number
  • Email Address
  • Return Address
  • Passcode (if applicable)

7. PACKAGE

Send your device and the note securely in a padded envelope to ensure your device isn't damaged further.


8. SHIP


Make sure when shipping to choose the following shipping options:

  • Tracking number
  • Require a signature
  • Shipping insurance up to the total worth of your phone

(The shipping address will be provided in the price estimate email.)


9. WAIT FOR INVOICE/RESPONSE EMAIL

Once the device is received, inspected, and repaired, we will email you an invoice for The Repair + Shipping cost. If anything is found during inspection we will email you before beginning the repair.


10. EXPECT YOUR DEVICE IN THE MAIL 😊

Once the invoice has been paid, your device will be shipped out!


100 DAY WARRANTY CLAIM

The customer has 100 days from when receiving the device to file a warranty claim through email. Once the claim is filed, they will be responsible for the shipping costs. Once the device is received and deemed to fall under the warranty terms and agreements (listed below), the customer will be reimbursed for the warranty repair shipping costs (to and from the repair center) and the device will be repaired for free.


  • Device must not be water damaged
  • Device must not have any signs of physical damage
  • Device must not have any signs of third party repair
